Why I spoil my kids for Easter

I see a lot of shade and negativity going around over "spoiling" our kids for the holidays. And I think that every parent should do whatever they want to do during holidays. If gift giving is your love language or if you can afford it or if that's just what you want to do than DO IT!

When it comes to Easter for us, WE SPOIL.. and here is why.

We live in Northern ON (CAD) and the winter here is very cold and long, and unfortunately we spend more time indoors than i would like. Also, my kids birthdays are end of summer, fall and winter. Therefore if my kids need a new bike, rollerblades, scooter, trampoline, anything to play outside when then snow melts. They will be receiving it in the spring time, from the Easter bunny. To me, its the perfect time to set your kids up with all the outdoors fun stuff. It can also be very practical things like umbrellas, puddle suits, sunglasses, boots, new hats. And if you want to say its from mom &dad and not the Easter bunny. Then you do you mama!
