Pregnancy and postpartum workout.

This is MY STORY. I used to be HUGE on working out. I was an avid workout 7 days per week and eat "healthy items" always. I did two fitness competitions as well. When I was pregnant for my first I thought I had to be one of those moms who is super active and had a fit pregnancy. Little did I know I was actually doing damage to my body. I was going a little too hard, not hurting the baby but hurting and not preparing my body for labor & delivery as well as setting myself up for the postpartum life.
I only realized these things too late. But fast forward to pregnancy #2 and #3 I stumbled upon the Expecting and empowered pregnancy guides. I absolutely love how these are geared toward pregnancy and were able to help me stay "fit" while pregnant whole also moving my body in a way that helps.
I was also super thrilled to be able to follow a postpartum guide that eased me into my workouts and were kind to my core. They guided me and gave me exactly what my body needed.
